Amplification

Amplification

It is the process of increasing the amplitude and hence the strength of an electrical signal by using an electric circuit called the Amplifier. The process is called as Amplification.

Amplification is required to compensate for the loss of strength of a signal during the tramission. The additional energy is obtained from a DC source.
